Welcoming parkers with next-generation guidance

At the street entrance and key driver-decision points, Park Assist digital wayfinding signage clearly shows the number of available spaces on each level of a parking garage. Then on each level, bright LEDs on our wayfinding signage quickly signals hurried parkers to open spaces using familiar green-or-red color coding. Custom colors can also be used for special designations — i.e., blue for accessibility, purple for premium, etc. Then, using License Plate Recognition (LPR), operators know when VIPs enter the site, so they can be greeted with a warm smile and handshake at the door.

Leaving a positive and lasting impression

We make the departure experience as easy as the arrival. With the industry’s breakthrough software, the original Find Your Car locator, our Park Finder software module enables a returning parker or employee to find where their vehicle is parked. This customer-centric add-on is available with an INX Standard Subscription.

The customer simply enters at least three numbers or letters from their license plate — using a mobile app, touchscreen kiosk, enabled pay station, or other onsite system — which the system matches to the plate captured via integrated LPR at the parking space. 

These kinds of conveniences serve the parker in the moment and build a level of customer satisfaction that can lead to repeat business, positive word-of-mouth, and increased market share for your brand.



Time-to-park reductions from 36% up to 63%

Through the combination of our advanced wayfinding signage and the bright signaling LEDs on our smart-sensors, the effect of Park Assist M4 smart-sensing APGS on average time-to-park (T2P) has shown to be:

  • A 36% reduction in T2P in the main car park for medium-term and long-term parking
  • A 50% reduction in T2P for primary entry levels servicing short-term parkers
  • A nearly 63% reduction in T2P for drivers parking in disabled bays – a time savings of typically 5 minutes per event.
These reductions add up to a more sustainable facility with less fuel usage and emissions from parking vehicles.
