Sarah Guttenbeil joins Park Assist in the Service Desk Agent (APAC)
Sarah Guttenbeil joins Park Assist in the Service Desk Agent (APAC) role on a fixed term contract whilst Charlotte Chaplin takes 12 months parental leave. Charlotte’s baby is due end of March and we wish her all the best! Candace Powell has moved into the Client Services Coordinator role during this time. Sarah will be taking on the Service Desk Agent position, working alongside Viktor Mikus to help support our APAC Clients and Resellers.
Sarah has been working in the IT technical support space for the past 3.5 years. She most recently worked as a Change Management Analyst in a global corporate organisation overseeing the Service Desk and the migration project of 2,500 users to the Office 365 Exchange Online platform for the APAC region.
Sarah is a passionate surfer and adventurer. She likes to travel to a new destination every year, and so far has visited over 50 countries and surfed in many of them!
