Kevin Volpe Joins Park Assist as Client Services Coordinator

Park Assist is excited to welcome Kevin Volpe as our Client Services Coordinator based in Cheshire, CT. Kevin joins Park Assist with six years of desktop support and customer service experience. In this new role, he will use his strong customer-oriented background to provide support to our vast portfolio of clients and cultivate a positive customer service experience.

Kevin is a Cum Laude graduate from Quinnipiac University, where he began his career while earning his undergraduate degree. Before graduating in 2015, Kevin was a student employee for two years in the University Technology Center. He began as a STAR Technician and was quickly promoted to a Technical Analyst, STAR Supervisor, and eventually a STAR Coordinator for the entire student employee program. In 2015, he received the Student Employee of the Year Award.

Upon graduation, Kevin was hired as a full-time Desktop Support Specialist at Quinnipiac. He was responsible for monitoring the Help Desk queue and assisting clients with any technology related questions or services, including A/V setups for high profile and student/faculty organized events. Kevin was also responsible for troubleshooting various software and hardware issues that clients encountered and providing in-person support. Additionally, he served as a mentor to student employees, both supervising and training them for the future.

Kevin has his Mac Integration 10.9 OS Certification, Dell Desktop & Notebook Certifications, and Lenovo Support Certification. His high-level of compassion, motivation, and intelligence will undoubtedly lead to great success here at Park Assist.

Outside of his professional life, Kevin has a deep love for his family and a huge passion for sports. His family comes first; They are his inspiration. He aspires to be the best son, grandson, brother, friend and boyfriend that he can be, and he is extremely grateful for his twin sister, Amanda. As a former high school athlete, Kevin is a huge Patriots and Yankees fan. He enjoys going to the Patriots home games and watching football, baseball, and hockey.
