Robert Testa Joins Park Assist as Client Services Manager – North America
Robert Testa has joined Park Assist in early January as Client Services Manager – North America. In this role, he will manage our customer service team for North America as well as develop and implement a plan for improving and streamlining client service operations, and achieving higher customer service standards within NTHAM branch. Rob is excited to work with his team providing them guidance methodologies and training resources necessary to succeed.
Prior to joining Park Assist, Bob was working for ADP as a Regional Support Manager for the East Coast. His responsibilities included managing of end-user support, network infrastructure and contributing to product improvement and developments plants.
Bob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Finance and Management from Albertus Magnus college located in New Haven, CT. While at school, Bob was working full time, and after the completion of his college program, he has received a series of promotions within ADP, performing a wide variety of roles, and subsequently stayed with the company for 25 years prior to joining our team.
Bob grew up in East Haven CT. He enjoys working out at the gym, fishing and spending time outdoors. Like any true Italian, he loves great food and spending quality time with his wife Kimberly and their 3 children.
