Quint Aartsen joins Park Assist as Software Engineering Intern

Posted in News

Quint Aartsen has joined Park Assist as a Software Engineering intern. Quint has had extensive previous experience with camera-based technology and software working for VDG Security in the Netherlands since 2013. He also participated in a Delta Project in Eindhoven that aimed to enhance students’ studying performance by collecting and displaying biometric data on students’ personal dashboards. Additionally, Quint developed an administrative network for his parents’ physical therapy practice.

Quint currently studies Applied Science at Fontys Eindhoven in the Netherlands. Following his bachelor’s degree, Quint will pursue a Master’s in Applied Science at the Technical University of Eindhoven.

When he’s not at school or work, Quint likes to be active, whether it’s golfing, sailing on his boat, or snowboarding in the wintertime. He previously played on a field hockey team as a goalkeeper alongside his twin brother. He also has a sister and another brother.

“Quint is the first intern to join our engineering team in the history of Park Assist. He has quickly grasped our technology and we are incredibly excited to see the value he will add to our team over his time here!” said his supervisor Aurélien Ramondou, Software Engineer.
