Lora Topourova Joins Park Assist as Client Services Network Technician – North America

Lora Topourova joins Park Assist as Client Services Network Technician. Lora will be responsible for providing remote support to contractors on site to troubleshoot, repair, install and configure new and existing Park Assist equipment. She will also work with clients in both the pre-sale and post-sale process.

Prior to Park Assist, Lora worked for ADP as technical support analyst, ensuring assistance, service, and troubleshooting for internal customers in all locations.

She actively participated in developing solution to a variety of complex problems and technical issues, involving software and hardware.

Lora was born and raised in Sofia, Bulgaria. She obtained her higher education here, in the United States. Lora holds an undergraduate degree in business administration from Graceland University followed by an MBA and an MS in Engineering from the University of Bridgeport. Her hobbies include traveling, tennis, swimming, volleyball, dancing and singing. Lora enjoys yoga, gardening, cooking, and being well versed in foreign languages.
