Posted in News

Over the past four years, Park Assist has grown dramatically on the global scale. And to support such growth, we have now implemented processes and organizational controls that enable us to expand further in 2018. Today we have completed installations in over 30 countries, and have offices in more than 12 cities around the globe. As our young technology company continued to develop, our knowledge of project requirements, processes, profitability and operational performance has come a long way.

And now as the next step to further strengthen the company, Joe Ruggero will be taking on the new role of Executive Vice President effective January 1st, 2018. In this role, he will be responsible for the further improvement of a wide range of company’s objectives, ranging from building closer relationships with our partners to company-wide communication of our clients’ needs and priorities.

Joe’s journey with Park Assist began 8 years ago, having started in February of 2010 when Park Assist was a small team of fewer than 10 employees globally.

“Since the very beginning, Joe has been a true partner and has worked side by side with me and the company’s teams, guiding and driving the business through our growth and development. In the role of Executive Vice President, Joe will be responsible for Park Assist’s achievement of our financial goals and ensure we meet our customer objectives while increasing operational performance,” said Gary Neff in describing Ruggero’s selection.

In his current role, Joe has held a long-term success record as the Vice President of Global Development, overseeing all aspects of the Park Assist business development across the regions. His history within Park Assist has shown him to be actively involved within almost all areas of the business, including sales to new and portfolio clients, marketing strategy, project management and development of global partner network. Over the last 8 years, Joe has helped to establish our technology as the leader in the in the US and abroad. Additionally, over the past several years, with Joe’s help, Park Assist has established local factory support centers in North America, Europe, Australia, Middle East and South America.

On behalf of the entire Park Assist team, we would like to wish Joe luck in his new role and congratulate him on promotion.
