Felipe Cruz Joins Park Assist as a Support Technician – NTHAM
Park Assist is excited to announce that Felipe Cruz has joined the North American team as a Support Technician. In this role, Felipe will assist clients and work through open tickets.
Prior to Park Assist, Felipe worked at CompuWeigh as a Technical Support Analyst, offering clients through the country help with their computerized weighing systems. He also worked for Ridge Point Technology as a Bench Technician, refurbishing Dell and HP computers. Felipe has always had a passion for technology and computers, leading him to graduate from Porter & Chester Institute’s Computers & Network Technology course, where he also receive his A+, Network+, and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification.
Felipe loves spending time with his wife, Nicole, and four children ranging from 10 months to 12 years in age. He also enjoys exploring his artistic abilities through digital painting, 3D printing & design, drawing and playing the keyboard.
