Robert Wishart Joins Park Assist as Project Support Manager

Posted in News

Robert Wishart has joined Park Assist last month as Project Support Manager in the Sales Support Department.  In this role, he performs RFP writing, tech reviews, subcontractor agreements and qualifications, and helps Park Assist keep project and timeline schedules on track. Prior to joining Park Assist, Rob worked at J.F. White Contracting Company, where he was a safety manager responsible for OSHA compliance and project scheduling.

Rob holds two Bachelor’s Degrees – one in Business Management, and another in Occupational Safety (Health Sciences) from Keene State College in New Hampshire. He grew up in Holden, Massachusetts. Rob enjoys travel and spending time outdoors with his two brothers, parents and a dog named Georgia.

“As Sales Support continues to evolve, we felt it was time to improve our process for engaging subcontractors prior to contract in order to secure not only a firm cost per space, but to also protect Park Assist against unforeseen change orders, and risk. The addition of Rob to our team, now gives us that ability and more. In the short time frame that Rob has been with Park Assist, he has already completed over a dozen subcontractor RFP’s and agreements. Further, he has better defined our subcontractor documentation, and is always looking to improve our processes, while also assisting the North America Project Management Team in other tasks. Although Rob is only 6 months out of college, he presents himself with the experience of a seasoned “parking veteran”. This really attributes to his “can do” attitude, and willingness to study/learn our industry and products. Having Rob on our team is a positive step in supporting the Field, and I am very excited that he joined us,” said Ron Votto, Director of Sales Support and Strategy.
