Hugo Lawrence Joins Park Assist as a Service Desk Manager

Hugo Lawrence joins the Park Assist Client Services team in Australia as Service Desk Manager (APAC). Hugo has been contracted to cover for Bronagh Quinn while she takes parental leave.

Hugo is an experienced Service Delivery professional with a career spanning over 25 years, across many different industries including Legal, Construction, Transport, Telecommunications and FMCG. He is certified in ITIL v3 (Foundation) and Agile (Scrum Master) and has international experience having worked in both Sydney and London where he has managed both small and large service teams.

Most recently Hugo worked at Herbert Smith Freehills (a global law firm, with 5000 partners and staff based across 26 offices) where he was responsible for a team of 46 people located across four Australian offices. He has also spent time working for Cubic Transportation Systems, Hastie Group, PepsiCo and Kennedys Law firm. While not at work, Hugo is a passionate Rugby supporter who enjoys travelling and spending quality time with his family.
