Jemuel Williams joins Park Assist as Director of Corporate Support. Jemuel is a Certified Help Desk Professional (STI), a Certified Support Center Team Lead (HDI) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL v3) Foundation Certified.

Previously, Jemuel worked at NYU Lutheran Medical Center as the IT Help Desk Manager where he was responsible for providing managerial and technical support. Prior to NYU, he worked for 13 years in the health insurance industry providing leadership and technical support at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey.

In his spare time, Jemuel enjoys riding motorcycles and playing cricket. He also volunteers his time towards helping charities and organizations that clothe and feed the homeless within his community.
