Matthew Dalvano joins Park Assist as a RMA Technician

Matthew Dalvano has joined Park Assist as a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Technician. In his role he will be responsible for inspecting, documenting and repairing RMA products while gathering information to ensure all manufacturing standards and customer specifications are met. Additionally, he will track and report on all RMA projects throughout the entirety of the process while monitoring incoming and outgoing RMA’s.  

In Matthew’s recent endeavors, he was the Lead of Manager in Training/Technical Onboarding and RMA program for Sprint Wireless 3rd party locations. He was responsible for hiring and training of managers and technicians across Eastern New York and Western Connecticut.

Matthew earned his A.S. in Business Administration from Post University. In his free time, he enjoys everything about craft beer and loves to cook. He is an avid home-brewer and even participates in BBQ competitions. On weekends Matthew enjoys being outdoors whether it be hiking, boating, or camping. With a passion for aviation, Matthew has his FAA Part 107 Commercial Small-Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) license.
