Lauren Dolnick joins Park Assist as a Software Product Manager

Lauren Dolnick has joined Park Assist as a Software Product Manager. Lauren’s primary focus will be on technology enhancements that elevate the customer experience. In addition to identifying and filling product gaps, Lauren will be exploring new ideas that drive customer satisfaction and continue to distinguish Park Assist as a leader in the parking sector.

Lauren will be working across departments to translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, writing user stories, assisting with creation of mock-ups, driving product launches and being an overall subject matter expert. She will be representing Park Assist while visiting clients in order to solicit feedback on the company’s products and services.

Lauren most recently was a Product Manager at The Leading Hotels of the World, a collection of individually and family-owned luxury hotels. In her role she was initially responsible for the high-end part of the funnel for booking and acquisition, and worked frequently with the Loyalty and Brand teams. In addition, she oversaw the completion of all digital product activities and deliverables for the transformation of the company’s loyalty program. Lauren was the dedicated person on her team for defining and documenting all integration needed for Google Analytics.

Born and raised in East Meadow, New York, Lauren attended the State University of New York at New Paltz, and received her Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal- Intercultural Communication. Lauren loves art and traveling and enjoys when the two can be combined. Her favorite museum is the Dalí Theatre-Museum in Figueres, just outside of Barcelona. NYC Restaurant week is something that Lauren has been participating in since 2009. Game of Thrones was her most recent favorite series, but like many other fans, was quite disappointed with Season 8.

“Lauren ‘s product management experience brings a strong understanding of customer dynamics and how to align products with customer preferences and behaviors. We are delighted to add this unique and important expertise to our product development team,” said Scott Dubois Vice President for Product Management
