Brett Johnson promoted to Director of Technical Operations – NTHAM
Park Assist is excited to announce that Brett Johnson has been promoted to the newly-created role of Director of Technical Operations– NATHAM.
In his previous role as Lead Systems Engineer, Brett lead and grew the system engineering team, responsible for on-site commissioning and go-lives. What started as a team of 2 system engineers has now grown to a team of 6 under Brett’s leadership. Over this 3-year period, Brett has garnered respect as a responsible leader, able to resolve a wide variety of support issues while ensuring that these solutions are properly documented and communicated throughout his team to ensure efficient support.
As Director of Technical Operations, Brett will oversee both the Systems Engineering and Technical Services teams. Brett and his teams will be responsible for activating sites once they are installed and providing consistent, quality support for those sites throughout the system’s lifetime.
